Veeam Engineer

3+ years of experience providing technical support for modern backup and infrastructure.
- Experience with Veeam Availability Suite
- Experience with backup of cloud and virtual environments.
- Experience with backup of databases, Windows and Linux Servers.
- Familiarity with PowerShell or scripting technologies and automation capabilities.
- Understanding of how IT infrastructure components work together to provide reliable and secure hosting environment.
- Understanding of security concepts and data protection mechanism.
- Basic troubleshooting skills, ability to utilize effective techniques to determine problems.
- Right use of tools and techniques for recognizing and resolving backup operational problems, and identify and mitigate risk
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Team player with the ability to build relationships with multiple team
- Veeam certification preferred, but not mandatory.
