Our client is looking for a skilled Butcher chef to provide high-quality meats. The Butcher will perform quality inspections, use meat grinders, knives, saws, and other tools to cut meat down into smaller portions

**Responsibilities**:

- Cutting, grinding and marination portioning and serving to the hot section kitchen
- Handling meat products, Fish, Chicken and beef.
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment and ensuring displays and signage are accurate and attractive.
- Keeping records, budgets, and inventory.
- Performing quality inspections on meats and other products.
- Negotiating and confirming orders with suppliers.
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of prior meat cutting experience.
- Ability to use hand tools, lift heavy items, and work in cold environments.
- Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts.
- Strong communication and task management skills
- Butcher chef need to be hard worker and able to manage big quantities of preparations
