ROLE: Ensuring that the executive is able to make all meeting and events. Organizing necessary meetings, planning events, developing a long-term schedule, and managing the executive phone calls for CEO.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Director and/or other assigned leadership staff.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- Arranges travel and accommodation for executives' trips visitation
- Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
- Manage CEO calendar and ensure accurate time management and scheduling
- Manage AAK media Calendar and record all events and share it with related parties
- and employee
- Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field.

2. Excellent English and Arabic skills both verbal and written.

3. At least 1 year working experience.

**Salary**: BD300.000 - BD350.000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manama: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
