Executive Telesales

Job Objective
- **
Sales operations**: Supporting identifying, engaging, and converting leads into sales through proactive outbound calls and effective follow-up strategies with telesales team.
- ** Product Knowledge**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our telecom products and services, articulating their value propositions to prospective customers.
- ** Performance Tracking**: Meet and exceed established sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with the telesales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the sales process.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Provide feedback on customer interactions and market trends to enhance sales strategies and identify opportunities for improvement

Qualification & Experience
- **
Education**: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- ** Language**: Arabic & English languages are preferred
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related sales role, preferably in the telecom, fintech, Insurtech, or another technologically advanced industry.
- ** Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and have a positive attitude towards challenges.
- ** Professional Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic, with a strong ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
