Barista

**Position Summary**: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Barista to join our team at one of our prestigious watch boutiques. The Barista will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and offering excellent service to our clientele, ensuring a luxurious and welcoming experience. This role requires attention to detail, a passion for coffee-making, and the ability to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee, tea, and other drinks, adhering to company standards.

Greet and engage with customers, providing a high level of service and hospitality.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, ensuring a neat and presentable environment.

Assist with light food service, such as preparing snacks or desserts if required.

Keep up-to-date with coffee trends, beverage preparation techniques, and boutique offerings.

Work closely with the boutique team to ensure customers have a seamless experience from their boutique visit to their coffee service.

Handle customer inquiries and special requests professionally and promptly.

Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies for the coffee station.

Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and equipment cleaning.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Barista or similar role in a high-end setting.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Strong knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation techniques.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.

Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Friendly and approachable demeanor.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
