Insurance Processor

**Responsibilities**:

- Determining all essential equipment and staying updated with knowledge of all required documents and approvals.
- Maintaining all processes and filters, providing technical assistance to the entire work flow and maintaining communication in routine activities.
- Handling procedures of various insurance products, managing the same as per the service level agreements and suggesting improvements in the processes.
- Modifying, updating and processing existing policies, making claims to reflect any change in type of insurance, coverage amount or beneficiary.
- Planning for all insurance activities and evaluating all products and providing the required training.
- Organizing and working with detailed warehouse or office records and managing files for all policy holders individually, including policies that are to be canceled or reinstated.
- Processing and keeping record of new claims and policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Experience using data entry, recordkeeping, or insurance policy computer systems or programs is beneficial.
- Knowledge of insurance policies, carriers, and processing considered a plus.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are required; customer service representative experience is a plus.

**Salary**: BD250.000 - BD350.000 per month
