- Develops sales and marketing strategies and plans that add value to the achievement of company’s goals and objectives
- Conducts periodic review of media market surveys customer research market identify new potential clients and market
- Give adequate inputs to business to develop pricing strategies balancing objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of company products and services, analyzing business development needs and monitoring market trends
- Implementing effective marketing plans
- Follow up on sales enquiries, Sales prospects while generating new leads.
- Liaise and maintain good relationship with network, clients, architects, M&E Consultants, Contractor and end-user.
- To work with consultants to secure all necessary technical clearances and fulfill authorities approval.
- Promote products, and specify HVAC solutions for Clients/Consultants (private and
- government) across Bahrain
- Initiate Customer Contacts, set and make sales presentation meeting, properly qualify sales potential, track and report leads, activities and prospect sales status.
- Follow up on sales leads and gain approval for site level facility surveys and ability to communicate technical data on HVAC optimization.
- Responsible for promoting sales of air cooled HVAC add on to improve energy efficiency.
- Ability to site inspect on rooftops or wherever the HVAC units are located.

**Salary**: BD150.000 - BD250.000 per month

- Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
