Implement daily work schedule and instruct warehouse teams as necessary

Ensure efficient workflow within the warehouse

Supervise warehouse staffs and daily activities.

Manage, evaluate and report on warehouse productivity.

Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.

Order supplies and maintain suitable inventory levels.

Check orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.

Maintain records, report relevant information, and prepare any necessary documentation.

Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Perform a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.

Coordinate and maintain fleets and equipment.

Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers.

Ensure monthly cycle count for long term storage cargo

Minimum 4 years’ previous experience as a warehouse supervisor

Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations

Time management skills and the ability to delegate

Excellent leadership and organisational skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software

Problem-solving skills

Ability to manage a team with 10-15 members

Graduate - University Degree
