We are urgently hiring admin secretary position for our branch company in Bahrain.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
- Accumulating and filing expenses
- Miscellaneous tasks to support manager, according to manager’s altering job description
- and responsibilities
- Conducting research or follow-up on inquiries, as requested.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven work experience as an Admin Secretary for at least 2 years in Bahrain**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communications skills**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: BD250.000 per month
