Solar Engineer

**We are seeking a skilled Solar Engineer to join our team.**
- **Job Duties & Main responsibilities**:_
- _Modelling PV systems and creating solar energy materials to fulfil project specifications._
- _Preparing strategies for the development, monitoring, and evaluation of a solar system._
- _Creating operational processes to ensure the safety of solar systems during installation and maintenance._
- _To operate basic hand tools required for installation of electrical and solar systems, where needed._
- _Ensure the health and safety standards and Green Innova policy on site._
- _Being responsible of the quality of works and maintaining ISO Quality procedures._
- _To design the solar systems, under coordination with design team._
- _To Install and supervise Solar PV systems according to approved drawings and client requirement._
- _Supervise, inspect and co-ordinate team, resources, and material for installation and maintenance for electrical & solar PV activities._
- _To read and implement electrical drawings, Panel drawing, specification as per EWA regulation coordinate with EDD, EWA for connection where necessary._
- **Job Skills/Competencies/Qualifications**:_
- _Bachelor's degree in _**engineering**_ _or related field._
- _At least _**5 years**_ _of experience in _**solar engineering**_, preferably in Bahrain / UAE._
- _Knowledge of _**photovoltaic system design, PVsyst**_ _and _**Project Plan/ Gantt Chart**_._
- _Proficiency in Electrical _**AutoCAD**_ _and other engineering software_
- _Familiarity with _**relevant safety codes**_ _and standards._
- _Ability to work independently and as part of a team._
- _Excellent _**communication**_, collaboration skills._
- _Flexibility and adaptability._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

- Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Renewable Energy: 5 years (required)
