We are urgently hiring on behalf of our VIP client who owns a luxurious wellness clinic in Manama for the position of:

he Dermatologist is a specialized physician with expertise in diagnosing, treating, and preventing conditions related to the skin, hair, and nails. As a Dermatologist, you will provide specialized care to patients, addressing a wide range of dermatological conditions. You will work closely with patients to develop treatment plans and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough dermatological examinations, including assessments of skin, hair, and nails, to diagnose and treat patients with dermatological conditions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based medicine, considering the patient's medical history, symptoms, and lifestyle.
- Perform procedures such as skin biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and laser treatments, as required for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.
- Prescribe topical and systemic medications, therapies, and recommend lifestyle modifications to manage dermatological conditions effectively.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, such as skin cultures, patch tests, and allergy tests, to aid in diagnosis and treatment decisions.
- Provide patient education and counseling on preventive measures, skincare routines, and self-management of skin conditions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including pathologists, plastic surgeons, and oncologists, for comprehensive care of patients with complex dermatological conditions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, documenting patient visits, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up plans.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in dermatology through ongoing professional development activities, including attending conferences and reading scientific literature.
- Adhere to the ethical and professional standards set by the College of Physicians and Surgeons, ensuring patient confidentiality, informed consent, and respectful patient interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of a dermatology residency program.
- Current and valid license to practice medicine in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
- Membership in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Bahrain.
- Specialization in dermatology with a focus on medical and procedural dermatology.
- Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills specific to dermatology.
- Proficiency in performing dermatological procedures, such as biopsies, excisions, and cryotherapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Dedication to continuous professional development and keeping abreast of the latest developments in dermatology.
