MS degree or higher degree in biological science, bioengineering, with minimum 3 years experience in Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, clinical or research laboratory of hematology with sufficient knowledge of processing (autologous transplant) and (allogeneic transplant).

Knowledge and skills:

- Possessing sufficient scientific understanding of biomaterials in the generation, maintenance, differentiation, and characterization of human hematopoietic stem cells into various lineages
- Planning and conducting experiments, recording and analyzing data presenting results to senior/other research staff
- Writing research papers, reports, reviews, summaries, and demonstrating procedures
- Communicating, skill of collaborations with colleagues internally and internationally, and ability to learn and adapt new procedures and technology
- Ability to travel internationally and to take medium-term courses in cell processing, culturing, and stem cell and regenerative medicine technology.
