**Our Client**: An FMCG distribution company is looking out for a Foodservice Manager to join their team in Bahrain.

**You’re Role**: The client is looking for a seasoned mature professional with his hand on the pulse of the food service industry, capable of setting the strategy and the glide path. You will oversee the BU’s overall sales strategy, including the designated routes and territories. Monitoring the progress and achievements of the sales, keeping an eye on the everyday activities of salespeople, keeping effective communication with all consumers, taking a proactive role in route management operations, and updating the headquarters with monthly status reports on progress in sales and competition activity. Your main agenda would be to do the due diligence on the current setup, prepare the strategy for growth and expansion, look at the current portfolio, and drive innovation to capture niche market segments.
