Nursery Principal

Department: Early Childhood Education

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursery female Principal with experience in GCC.

The principal's primary responsibilities will be increasing current student numbers, supervising education staff, managing budgets, and overseeing day-to-day preschool operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Increasing the student numbers.
- Manage the budget and resources of the nursery.
- Supervise and support a team of teachers and staff members.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and accreditation requirements of Ministry of Education in Bahrain.
- Maintain open communication with parents and families.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
- Coordinate special events and activities for students and families.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in early childhood education.
- Previous experience in a leadership or principal role in GCC.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in early childhood education.
- Having Ministry of Education approval in Bahrain as a principal.
- First Aid certification.
