We're looking for a Swimming Teacher to join our Fitness Team

Qualifications:

- Swimming Teacher must hold the following qualifications as a minimum:

- Level 2 Swimming Teacher (Specialization of all age groups)
- Safety Award for Teachers (Low level lifeguard qualification to assist lifeguards)
- Level 2 First Aid
- Level 2 BLS & AED

Role & Responsibilities:
The role and responsibilities of the Swimming Teacher is to:

- Create a fun and safe environment for teaching and learning
- To assess needs and identify swimmer’s areas of development
- To keep record of swimmers progress and achievements
- To plan progressive scheme’s of work and lesson plans to accommodate all swimmers’

needs
- To deliver effective, progressive swimming lessons to swimmers
- To treat all participants fairly and consistently
- To be a role model for participants
- Ensure the safety of participants at all times
- Assist the lifeguards with any rescues or emergencies

**Requirements**:

- Must be residing in Bahrain
- Must be female (Female only fitness gym)
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
- Proven experience within the field
- Proven qualifications as mentioned above

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
