ERP Analyst

In addition to on-demand meals cooked in our cloud kitchens, we also offer subscription-based meal plans and a first-of-its-kind virtual food court concept Mix ‘N’ Match. Kitopi currently operates more than 100 kitchens across the UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar with its tech-hub in Poland and its customer experience center in the UAE.

The ERP Analyst will need to provide functional services for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation and maintenance projects. You shall be working with ERP lead to understand, communicate, interpret, and document business processes and requirements, resulting in a Kitopi Fit ERP tech solution.

**What You'll Do**:

- Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.
- Engage with supply chain functions to deliver workshops and /or POCs
- Ability to design and describe complex ERP (Finance and Operations) centric solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform
- Need to be able to do configuration, data migration, and integration activities from legacy systems to D365 for the current D365 implementation project.
- Assist with Enhance (new functionalities) & Support activities for Dynamics 365 for Superior global product service lines.
Work with end-users to solve day-to-day business problems using the functionality of D365.
Investigate enhancement requests, clarify objectives, understand software functionality and recommend solutions using industry best practices.
- Providing ERP support and end-user training.

**What Are We Looking For?**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, Business Management or similar preferred.
- At least 2 years experience as an ERP consultant in a similar industry.
- Current knowledge of Dynamics ERP systems, deployment, and integration.
- Great collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- General knowledge of finance and supply chain principles and their flow in ERP
- ERP Certifications is a plus.

- Dynamics 365 SCM - Production & Planning
