Receptionist at Vet Clinic

Artemis Veterinary Clinic is located in A'ali, Bahrain.

We are looking for a female receptionist of Bahraini Nationality that can be enrolled in Tamkeen support program for our clinic.

Working in a compassionate manner towards all kinds of animals, mostly cats, dogs, and birds.

Working in a multi-task, time-management orientated, following up with multiple task and working in a close-knit team.

University Degree (graduated recently or within the last 1-3 years)

Have an open mind towards people of all ethnicity, cultures and backgrounds.

Her appearance must reflect her open mindedness towards people of all ethnicity, cultures and backgrounds and a uniform may be provided.

Have strong customer service skills, welcoming existing and new clients in a friendly manner in a sometimes busy environment.

Be able learn the operating system and softwares of the clinic (Odoo).

Have strong communication skills on the phone in a friendly tone, able to take photos and videos of patients and communicate with the pet owners about the patients.

Be able to touch and handle animals.

Must be 100% fluent in Arabic writing and speaking.

Must be able to communicate confidently in English in writing and speaking.

The working hours is full-time from 10am-1pm (break 1pm-4pm) (4pm-10pm)
