Cleaner / Barman

**Cleaner**:

- Clean and sanitize dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors, ensuring a pleasant environment for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, including wiping surfaces, refilling supplies, and ensuring proper hygiene standards.
- Clean kitchen areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, appliances, and utensils.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Assist in the deep cleaning of the restaurant during off-peak hours, including window washing, wall cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure all cleaning materials and chemicals are used safely and in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
- Report any maintenance or safety hazards to the management team promptly.

Barman:

- Greet customers at the bar, take drink orders, and ensure timely service.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including wiping down counters, cleaning glasses, and ensuring proper stock levels.
