- Supports Regional HR Manager regarding talent management, training, compensation and benefits projects.
- Partners with employees and management to communicate various human resource policies and procedures.
- Handles employee onboarding full cycle in collaboration with line manager and other stakeholders.
- Responds to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment and/or discrimination allegations and performance concerns.
- Coaches managers and employees regarding performance concerns.
- Represents the company for unemployment claims, when appropriate.
- Works with employees and management regarding employees returning to work: Personal Leave
- Conducts exit interviews.
- Works with employees regarding reasonable accommodation requests.
- Assists Employee Relations Manager with Ethic’s Hotline complaints.
- Supports Regional HR Manager with talent review efforts.
- Facilitates or provides training on assigned topics.
- Creates and manages reports and scorecards for assigned groups.
- Analyzes data and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement.
- Manages assigned projects.
