IT Helpdesk Coordination
Helpdesk support by attending and logging service calls
Service request follow up on queries by customers & support staff.
Customer service calls reports
Create contractual sales orders, Follow up on sales orders invoicing and submission to customers on time.
Prepare, Follow up and update Annual Maintenance contract data sheet for quick reference
Arrange Supplier B2B order process, Submit quote for AMC and on-call related queries from customers
Document Control & Administration
Administer office automation process, Administer induction process and other organization formalities
Procure and make available of stationary requirements of department
Ongoing updations of Engineers' profile, certifications and training coordination.
Prepare monthly/Yearly revenue reports of the department.
Generation of outstanding reports for account managers and follow up on the same.
Prepare Engineers timesheet to Finance department & resource allocation.
Management of departmental events, support documents for internal audit, ISO audit and certifications
Graduate with Similar Experience from IT Domain, with exposure to D365 CRM, SAP ERP System, & IT Infrastructure Management.
