Looking for a receptionist to be in charge of greeting clients and guests that come to our office You'll be in responsible of directing clients to various sections of the business, communicating with staff about visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail.
You'll need great written and verbal communication skills, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Word and Excel, to succeed in this position. It's also a plus if you've worked as a receptionist before.
- Greet clients and guests with a friendly and helpful attitude,.
- Assisting clients in locating information in the office.
- As needed, announcing clientele.
- Maintaining visitor logs and assisting with workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as needed.
- Copying, faxing, taking notes, and making trip arrangements are some of the administrative activities that I assist with.
- Getting the conference and training rooms ready.
- Professionally answering the phone and redirecting calls as needed.
- Assisting with administrative responsibilities for coworkers.
- Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Calls are answered, forwarded, and screened.
- Sorting and distributing mail is a job that requires a lot of effort.
- The junior administrative staff is hired, managed, and developed.
- Maintain a high level of client service
- Scheduling appointments.
**Salary**: BD200.000 - BD400.000 per month
