**Extrusion Head**
- Minimum Bachelor degree in either Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical/Automation Engineering, or any related major.
- Five (5) Plus years’ hands-on experience in Aluminum Extrusion Management.
- To ensure that all scheduled job orders are produced as planned within the budgeted expenses, quality standards and agreed inventory levels.
- To ensure proper material handling with minimum wastage of material.
- To liaise with other departments for smooth running of the Production unit.
- Develop Department’s Yearly Business Plan and Monthly Operation plan.
- Analyze financial and Department KPIs to identify key areas of opportunity, cost reduction, energy efficiency, and optimize asset uptime and performance.
- Ensure SOPs are adhered to at all stages of production.
- Develop/Revise standard operational and work practices/tools to the best available methods and technology.
- Review operational schedules and Coordinate extrusion activities with the Supply Chain and Operations Team to ensure end-product quality standards meet both internal/external customer specs.
- Emergency response, immediate action to address breakdowns and other critical conditions.
- To ensure good housekeeping inside the plant.
- Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing Maintenance team and further develop a Reliability-centered culture on the Shop Floor to meet objectives and delivers best-in-class results.
- Implement and maintain safety standards as directed by company policies and procedures.
- Maintains quality of products by establishing, monitoring, auditing, and enforcing production standards.
- Prepare and maintain production reports & MIS by auditing, compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data.
- Responsible for all people related matters for his team; partner with Production Manager and HR Manager for hiring needs; performance evaluation and developmental needs to ensure motivation and retention.
- To manage and control four extrusion lines production.
- Responsible for managing accurate employee timecards and leaves according to our attendance policy in a timely manner.
- Plans manpower needs and evaluates production requirements based on daily work load.
- Strong Management, leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have knowledge of Complex Die Extrusion troubleshooting.
- IT / Computer skills, preferably with Oracle knowledge or SAP.
- Positive, collaborative, and open-minded attitude. Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change in an organization.
- Age group not more than 45 years
- Good command in English language and Arabic (preferred)
- Preferably have worked in any of GCC countries
