Supervisor - Carpenter

High School or Diploma Holders at least 5 years of experience in **Carpentry,** with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.

The Carpenter Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of carpenters and to oversee carpentry operations in the production of **wooden pallets,** ensuring high-quality workmanship, efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage and supervise a team of carpenters and labors to meet production goals.
- Provide training and guidance to carpenters and labors
- Oversee production process to ensure that all products meet quality & Specifications
- Plan and schedule, estimating timelines and material requirements.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards at all times in the facility.
- Prepare and present regular reports to management on team performance and project progress.

Experience in pallet manufacturing is highly advantageous. Time management and project management abilities. Profound knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools. Commitment to safety and quality standards. Must have Excellent verbal and written communication skills with knowledge in Ms Office.

Pay: BD400.000 - BD500.000 per month
