Responsibility:

- Maintain good customer service when meeting any Guests according to Hotel standards in order to ensure the Guest satisfaction
- Ensure that all Maintenance requests / issues in Guest rooms are properly responded to meet the Guest needs
- Carry out day-to-day general and preventive maintenance duties (Holicare) in Hotel Guest rooms in order to keep the rooms well maintained
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and employees’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment
- Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures
- Monitor/Receive LPG Gas level and Order if necessary
- Act as a General Shift Technician (Guest Room QMS, Public area, security Report, Swimming Pool & all Plant room Reading/Chemical Filling)
- Installation of Scaffholding and Genie Lift along with other colleagues for high ceiling works if necessary.
- Flexible to do all Shifts (Morning/Afternoon/Evening and Night) according to duty requirement.
- Handling the FFT & FIT According to the Fire,Life & Safety Requirements.
- Energy Saving of the Hotel and adjusting the BMS Temperatures according to the Energy Conservation programme if necessary.
- Cooperate and inform Engineering Coordinator on purchase of parts and keep a follow up.

**Salary**: BD350.000 per month
