2. Expected Qualifications:

- A master's degree (or equivalent) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering with specialization in electronics/ Communication from an internationally accredited university.
- A minimum of three years’ experience of teaching different courses in general area of electronics engineering.
- Experience in developing course specifications as per the national qualification framework and international accreditation standards.
- A minimum of two years of relevant industrial experience in general area of electrical and electronics engineering.

3. Further qualifications:

- Faculty member is expected to teach on campus as well as online when required.
- Experience of electrical and electronics engineering projects in an industrial context.
- Experience in development and management of scientific research projects.
- Ability to work independently, to plan and carry out complicated tasks.

- Communication: Good communication skills are important for two reasons: to successfully deliver your education message to students, and to relay feedback to help students make progress.

5. Rules and Responsibilities:

- Teaching and learning; must be able to deliver classes for different levels of the electrical and electronics engineering domains in the program.
- Contribute to different level of committees at the college and university levels that support the achievement of the program mission.
- Research engagement; must be engaged in different research and scholarly activities related to general area of electrical and electronics engineering.
- Community engagement; contributes in different community engagement activities organized by the university.
