**Job description**:

- Processes invoices and prepares checkout bills
- Monitors and checks accounting ledger
- Audits financial statement accounts such as receivables and revenues
- Processes discounts and vouchers
- Prepares daily reports and summary cash balances
- Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
- Process invoices, post checks to vendors and distribute employee checks.
- Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
- Run daily reports, identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy.
- Is responsible for all night system requirements in terms of backups and system date changes and report runs.

**Eligibility**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry of a minimum of 2 years.
- Basic math and accounting skills
- Proficient in MS Office, POS software.
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
