Nordic Holdings is seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to take responsibility of all team members welfare and development. The qualifications and requirements for an HR Manager in a hotel may be tailored to the specific needs of the hotel industry, which often places a premium on customer service, hospitality, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges within the sector. Here are the qualifications typically expected for an HR Manager in a hotel:
Job Summary:

- Complete knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law
- Formalities of LMRA, GOSI, GDNPR
- Identifying training needs and arrange trainings for employees.
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination skill with employees and addressing their issues.
- Providing higher management with a MIS kit covering, number of employees, Bahrainis and Expats, Leave available, visa status (violation if any) etc
- Preparing employment contract covering all aspects of Bahrain labour law
- Advising management on various motivating schemes for employees, e.g. Employee of the month etc.
- Engaged in the recruitment process starting with advertising, screening, scheduling interview, shortlisting, reference check, issuing offer letter etc
- Complete knowledge on payroll preparation covering leave, absence, attendance, preferably with a software or any other automated process.
- Making, updating, and following Policies and Procedures

With a minimum of 3-5 years experiences in the same role. You must be a computer literate, ideally with proficiency in a computerized payroll system and fluent in English. Previous gulf experiences are preferred.

Arabic speaking is a must.

Knowledge & Competencies:
identify and implement HR & payroll solution with the latest statutory development in Bahrain.

Setting of KPIs, annual appraisal etc.

Payroll management

Education : Bachelor’s Degree with specialization in HR or people management.
