Landscaping Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive landscaping plans to ensure the golf course and surrounding landscapes are maintained to the highest standards.
- Manage a team of landscaping staff, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed.
- Coordinate and oversee the maintenance of turf, trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation on the golf course grounds.
- Implement sustainable landscaping practices to conserve resources and enhance the beauty of the environment.
- Collaborate with other departments, including golf operations and facility management, to ensure seamless integration of landscaping activities with overall club operations.
- Monitor and manage landscaping budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in landscaping management, implementing new techniques and technologies as appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, maintaining a safe working environment for landscaping staff and club members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in landscaping management, preferably in a golf course or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of turf grass management, irrigation systems, pest control, and landscape design principles.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing a team of landscaping professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff at all levels.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with landscaping equipment and tools.
- Commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
