Perform follow up and complete legal transactions the government or any legal authority including Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Land Registration, Traffic Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Health, Notary, Etc
- Perform follow up and complete reviews of Legal Agreements Documents and Letters and monitors the legal file status to ensure appropriate follow-up actions.
- Prepare various legal agreements and forms required for signature drafts correspondence and various other documents.
- Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate laws and Government Laws.
- Possesses fair knowledge in regard to Bahrain Laws, Regulations, Practices and Procedures.
- Research various laws as needed in Support with providing advice to management

Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Proficiency in Arabic and English Languages.
- Good Analytical, Negotiation and Arbitration skills.
- Preferably Egyptian nationality - Other nationalities can also apply
