Restaurant Chef

We are looking for a restaurant head chef with at least 7 to 10 years of experience in the same job. (local hire only in Bahrain)

**Requirements**:

- Good organizational skills
- Able to supervise staff
- Prepares the costing for recipes and menus and has the ability to control the wastage
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and recipes
- Assist and monitor the team in preparing high-quality dishes according to the restaurant's standards
- Ensure that all the ingredients are properly stored and labeled
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and equipment
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective operations
