Proficiency in the latest AutoCAD software for both 2D and 3D design.
- Experience in 3D Max rendering, which is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Revit, which is also advantageous.
- Ability to create and develop detailed design and shop drawings for MEP ,HVAC and Fire Fighting systems.
- Proficiency in preparing presentation drawings, layout plans, signage plans, cross-section shop drawings, As-Built drawings, considering tender specifications and elevations using CAD.
- Ability to review and analyze specifications,BOQ, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess design factors and determine the appropriate procedures and instructions to be followed.

Pay: BD300.000 - BD450.000 per month
