**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage inventory of display materials and ensure proper maintenance of visual elements.
- Provide training and guidance to store staff on visual merchandising standards and techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of design principles and retail merchandising techniques.
- Creative and detail-oriented with a keen eye for design.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
