**We are looking for Administration Assistant**
**Minimum Requirements**:
- B.S. Degree in Business Administration
**Responsibilities**:
Maintaining related formal documents up to date and ensure documenting and adjustments may occur.
Arranging for the company requested with external providers
Handling particular systems while monitoring the needs and assigning tasks and requests to employees.
Answering the Corporate external calls and forwarding the messages.
Booking for hotel and flight arrangements while considering cost effective cost.
Preparing different type of written communications internally and externally such as memo’s, announcements etc.
Handling the purchases and the payments documentation in line with the corporate policy.
Tracking and following up with other functions requests such as certificates, giftings, rewards and different requests to be forwarded to the concerned parties.
Communicating with suppliers and searching for new providers who offer quality and cost effective product or service.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
