**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Pre-Sales Support (On-Premise & Cloud)**: Provide comprehensive technical expertise and guidance to the sales team, encompassing both on-premise (HPE, Nutanix, etc.) and cloud (AWS, Azure) solutions. This includes responding to technical queries, creating proposals, and assisting in solution design and architecture.
- **Solution Design & Architecture (Hybrid & Multi-Cloud)**: Collaborate with sales teams to design and architect robust hybrid and multi-cloud solutions that meet client needs. This involves sizing infrastructure, selecting appropriate hardware and software, and developing comprehensive technical specifications.
- **Proof of Concept (POC) Development & Support**: Develop, deploy, and support POC solutions for potential clients, demonstrating the value and capabilities of our technology portfolio (HPE, Nutanix, AWS, Azure).
- **Technical Presentations & Demos**: Deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the strengths of our integrated solutions and effectively answering technical questions.
- **Competitive Analysis**: Conduct thorough competitive analyses of alternative solutions, identifying strengths and weaknesses to effectively position our offerings.
- **Proposal Development**: Collaborate with the sales team to create detailed technical proposals, including specifications, pricing, and implementation timelines.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor and providing ongoing support.
- **Sales Support**: Participate in sales meetings and calls, providing expert technical guidance and answering client questions.
- **Technical Training & Enablement**: Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends and provide regular training to the sales team on both cloud and on-premise solutions.

**Skills Required**:

- 5-8 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role, with a proven track record of success selling and implementing solutions involving HPE, Nutanix, server, storage, HCI, virtualization, and major cloud providers (AWS, Azure).
- Deep understanding of server, storage, virtualization, and hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) technologies, both on-premise and in cloud environments.
- Extensive experience with designing and architecting IT solutions in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Expert communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Proficiency in creating professional technical proposals and presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of quickly identifying and resolving technical challenges.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a sales team.
- Experience with POC development, deployment, and support.
- In-depth knowledge of competitive solutions and market trends.
- Strong understanding of IT industry best practices and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in HPE, Nutanix, VMware, AWS (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, etc.), and Azure (Solutions Architect Expert, DevOps Engineer Expert, etc.) are highly desirable.
