**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role at Biblo Bakery & Cafe in Bahrain, for a General Baker.

The General Baker will be responsible for managing bakery operations such as preparing and organizing ingredients, baking processes, and ensuring quality control.

**Qualifications**
- Must be currently available in Bahrain.
- 5 years of Experience in baking specialty items, including bread, cakes, and pastries
- Knowledge of dough-making and pastry techniques
- Ability to manage bakery operations and supervise baking processes.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality control.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Food safety and hygiene certification
- Degree in Culinary Arts or similar is a plus

**Experience**:

- Bakery: 5 years (required)
- Pastry: 5 years (required)
