**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coaching and Development**: Plan and deliver engaging football sessions aligned with the academy's philosophy and goals, ensuring player growth and development.
- **Player Performance**: Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback to players to help them achieve their potential.
- **Team Management**: Manage teams during training and matches, fostering a positive and competitive environment.
- **Curriculum Implementation**: Ensure sessions follow the academy's structured coaching curriculum and progression framework.
- **Health and Safety**: Maintain a safe and supportive environment for players, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
- **Community Engagement**: Actively participate in academy events and programs, contributing to the growth of the football community.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and progression. Communicate effectively with players, parents, and management.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- UEFA C License or equivalent (mandatory).
- Playing experience (desired but not essential).
- Proven experience in coaching youth football at various levels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate players.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Organizational skills to manage schedules, sessions, and team logistics effectively.
- Passion for football and commitment to player development.
