Create, implement and monitor trading performance to achieve budgets for sales, profit and

inventory
- Predict key trends through data analysis and take from recommendation to implementation

including general trading and advertising/marketing ROI
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams across the organization (Factory, Finance, and

Marketing) to assist in the development of category financial plans and budgets
- Analyze weekly selling results and make recommendations to capitalize on trend
- Responsible for identifying opportunities to maximize sales and profit, location analysts
- Manage stock control and sales within all allocated sites.
- Coordinate with Sales Director and Boutique Managers for replenishment activities
- Issue transfer from one location to another and follow-up delivery with logistics team
- Prepare weekly, monthly reporting for management in order to support well informed decision

making
- Responsible for monitoring sales, preparing accurate forecasting by item line and identifying

consumer trends
- Research industry trends and provide competitive analysis to identify opportunities
- Inventory Management -analyzing & maintaining optimum stock across the boutiques
- Coordination with the vendor & logistics team to ensure timely receipt of merchandise
- Manage merchandise flow to meet sales forecasts & boutique requirements
- Develop allocation and replenishment strategy as per boutique requirements
- Advance planning on order/raw materials along with Factory Manager.
- Follow through production plan and launches mention in PP
- Coordinating on priorities with daily with CAD, Model Making, Finding Dept, Diamond Dept,

Order Processing Dep, Costing Dep, Tagging Dep, TRH, Logistic
- Follow up from Finance dep for Gold if its delay.
- Updating Management on delays/ time lines for launches.
- Follow up on LPO and quotation from Diamond dep, to see it is submitted to management for

approval
- Alerting all concern departments for delays, so they can plan in advance
- Coordinating with Factory Manager for the issues in concern dep
- Checking cost of prototypes before it comes to PDM, Cost should match to design breakdown

sheet sent to creative dep

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience

**Experience**:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning, merchandising, allocation or retail professional experience.
