**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience of 2 years or a high potential graduate.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management are a plus.
**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business goals, target audience, and content requirements.
- Coordinate content creation efforts to ensure alignment with marketing, sales, and operations strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and audience feedback to identify opportunities for marketing improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content, including articles, videos, infographics, and social media posts.
- Conduct filming, video editing, and photography as needed to support content creation efforts.
- Keep the online media library up-to-date with relevant and engaging content.
- Organize and categorize media assets for easy access and retrieval by team members.
- Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, and other key metrics to assess content performance.
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement based on analytics data.
- Provide regular reports and insights to inform content strategy and optimization efforts.
- Coordinate and be the point of contact with all divisions to get updated projects/products.
- Handle a wide range of corporate write-ups and press releases and coordinate them with the public media.
- Any other related duties assigned by management
**Knowledge and Skills**
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong visual storytelling abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Ability to work Individually or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Must be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to details.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and consistency.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Innovative mindset with a willingness to suggest and implement new ideas.
