**Job Purpose**
This role is to support and handle a variety of administrative support tasks, welcoming/greeting members, and guests and receiving visitors including answering phones as well as coordinatin012g events hosted at the club.
**Primary Duties Performed**
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the club
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, and photocopying etc.
- Has technical skills in inventory control
**Qualifications and Experience Required**
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3-5 Years experience prior experience in a related field.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
