Chocolate & Pastry Chef

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create and design a variety of high-quality pastries, chocolates, and confections.
- Develop new dessert recipes and regularly update the dessert menu with innovative creations.
- Ensure the presentation of desserts meets the highest standard.
- Manage the preparation of all desserts, including chocolate work, sugar work, and plated desserts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage inventory of ingredients, ordering supplies as necessary.
- Ensure consistency in product quality and portion sizes.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role, preferably with experience in chocolate work.
- Extensive knowledge of pastry, dessert, and chocolate-making techniques.
- Strong creativity and a passion for dessert artistry.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Formal training in pastry arts or culinary school graduation is preferred.

Pay: BD350.000 - BD450.000 per month
