**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the recruitment process.
- Onboard new hires by preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring they feel welcome and informed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Develop and implement HR programs and policies.
- Provide support to employees.
- Conduct performance reviews and maintain positive employee relations.
- Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Pay: BD500.000 - BD600.000 per month
