Job Requirements

Performs a variety of electrical installation and straightforward electrical repair work. Includes motors, generators, transformers, switchboards, controllers, circuit breakers, heating units, and transmission systems. Works from schematics, drawings, layouts or other specifications to install and test electrical systems or equipment. Follows manufacturers' manuals for tracing circuitry. Uses test instruments to determine faults and replaces components. Adjusts, repairs, and replaces equipment and components. Installs new equipment.
