**Job Description: Senior Barista**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and drinks to customers with precision and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of coffee beans, calibration, filter coffee techniques, and coffee tasting notes.
- Provide efficient and friendly service, ensuring all orders are prepared and delivered in a timely manner.
- Maintain and operate all coffee equipment in accordance with safety and operational standards.
- Address customer orders, inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, following established cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the full menu, including all beverage offerings and any relevant ingredients.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards in the preparation and handling of all food and beverage items.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, equipment, and products.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a positive and approachable manner.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety and health standards.
