prepare outline cost estimates for projects and products.
- prepare detailed bill of quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for our interior fit out projects using CAD software and excel spreadsheets.
- review and validate BOQ and cost estimates provided by our Design team
- seek to minimize the cost of a project and enhance value for money while still achieving the required standards and quality.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, general conditions of contract, special conditions of contracts, list of makes etc.
- Prepare cost break up for individual items taking into account base price and associated overheads to determine appropriate unitized cost for a product or product assemblies.

**Salary**: BD500.000 - BD600.000 per month
