Head of I.t

Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible in preparation of Business Plan and budget related to I.T.

Responsible for working on projects development such as but not limited to the following:
1. Developing and directing software system validation and testing methods, as well as directing out software programming initiatives.

2. Designing and developing software systems (i.e. dashboards for each area of the business) to be integrated with current system to be able to get accurate, reliable and most advanced results while providing a seamless transactions to end users.

4. Keeping abreast of new software technologies and developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends, as well as conforming to best practices in cybersecurity.

5. Modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces.

6. Analyzing data to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system.

7. Create and design a new automated process solution in accordance with standard principles and conventions.

8. testing new software and resolving integration errors; perform routine maintenance and performance metrics.

9. Preparing reports on programming projects specifications, activities and status.

Ensure the highest level security of systems and integrity must be maintained at any given circumstances.

Develop and enforce corporate policies and standards aimed at maximizing effectiveness and minimizing costs related to the acquisition, implementation and operation of I.T. systems.

Maintains contact and develop agreements when necessary with I.T. suppliers while maintaining knowledge of current technology, equipment, prices and minimize the investment required to meet expected service levels.

Provide leadership to team members through effective objective setting, delegation, and communication.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science / Information Technology / Programming / Wed Development or related field.

8-10 years experience in the same role with exposure and knowledge on Programming, Artificial Intelligence, Software Development and Systems Automation

Proficient and in-depth knowledge in Javascript, HTML, CSS, My SQL, VB.net and C#

Must have vast technical knowledge in all aspects of I.T. and understand the business needs (end results) to craft the most straightforward solution possible.

Ability to work under pressure and deal with volume of work

Assertive with strong business acumen logic and "make things happen" type og person

Must have strong decision-making, analytical ability, problem solving skills

Must possess strong leadership and energetically communicate the I.T. vision at all levels of the organization.
