1- Check daily report from Steel division leaders and site work reports and update the manager.
2- Visit the site to make reports.
3- Supervises and coordinates activities of workers
4-Visit the site for meeting client and clear issues.
5- Visit site for final measurement.
6- Visit the site to make repairing & maintenance report and schedule it with maintenance team.
7- Coordination with Main Contractor /Sub Contractors/Clients/Management.
8- Assist with provide the require materials list for projects.
9- Fabrication and site erection Inspection and supervision.
10- Responsible for Safety and company rules and protocols.
11- Coordination with supplier regarding technical details orders.
12- Drawings Checking and inspection materials approval.
13- Give instruction for fabrication and production and make supervision.
14- Make installation plan and give instruction for installation team.
15- Responsible for site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time and cost parameters.
16- Assist with manpower and equipment mobilization at site.
17- Project Documentation and planning.
18- Checking the civil foundation elevation and site condition before steel erection.
19- Ensure for safety in works and company are following the government rules.
20- Responsible for execute the work as per the drawing and specifications.
21- Arranging machine and tools required to the day to day activities.
22- Responsible for all steel division activities and manpower.
21- Meet client for delivery the projects and make feedback form and sign delivery note.
22- Make estimation for additional works and make additional charge invoice and collection.
23- Assist with developing the products and production and produce new products to market
Requirement
1- Minimum experience of 8 years in Steel fabrication and site erection such as Staircase Railing, Cad Ladders, Car park shades, Canopy, Awning, Steel Gates and doors etc.
2- Valid GCC driving License
3- Fluent Speak/Write and read English Language.

**Salary**: BD30.000 - BD40.000 per month
