**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise, mentor, and train a team of carpenters, providing guidance and support to ensure that all carpentry tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Planned and organized carpentry projects from start to finish, including the assessment of project requirements, materials, and timelines.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project scope and materials needed.
- Perform high-quality carpentry work including framing, flooring, cabinetry, trim work, and other wood constructions, ensuring adherence to safety standards and building codes.
- Collaborate with other trades and contractors to coordinate project activities and resolve any issues that may arise on-site.
- Monitor project progress and maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment used; report on project status to management.
- Conduct regular inspections of ongoing work to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Manage inventory of materials and tools, requesting orders as necessary and eliminating waste.
- Maintain clear and open lines of communication with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
**Qualifications**:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as additional vocational training or certification in carpentry, is a plus.
- Proven experience as a carpenter, with at least [insert number of years] years in a supervisory or team lead role.
