Marine Technician

Requirements;
- Should be having experience of at least 5 years or more in this field
- High school diploma
- Relevant certificate may be required.
- Practical experience with tools and equipment used in marine maintenance.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer service skills.

Marine technician Responsibilities
- Traveling to marina or dock where the vessel is located.
- Testing the performance of marine engines and electrical systems.
- Carrying out services and minor/major repairs on outboard, inboard, and ship engines.
- Repairing faulty hydraulic and steering systems.
- Completing service records and repair documents.
- Testing and ensuring a stable performance of marine engines
- Examining and troubleshooting any issues of Marine engine.
- Repairing or replacing damaged/worn-out engine components
- Maintaining accurate and detailed service records and documents
- Analyzing motor performance and identifying malfunctioning signs
- Changing oil and filters and other components during maintenance checks
- Adjusting carburetor and water tanks for smooth functioning
- Using hand tools for repairing generators and adjusting electrical systems
- Determining the effectiveness of cooling systems using thermometers
- Use winches to bring boats out of the water
- Carry out various repair and maintenance tasks as dictated by the needs of the vessel
- Answer our clients’ questions about maintaining their boats

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: BD300.000 - BD400.000 per month
