The role encompasses the design, build, testing, deployment, and customization of SharePoint technology standards. Responsibilities include providing functional and technical support, managing customer relationships, and analyzing customer needs to design business process solutions. The position involves writing development specifications, interfacing with customers to test and resolve issues, and leading project teams within a structured environment. Key duties also include delivering end-user and system administrator training, continuously updating knowledge through self-study, sharing knowledge within the team, and documenting customer interactions. Additional tasks involve conducting seminars and presentations, preparing reports, adhering to project budgets, escalating issues promptly, adapting to changing workloads, maintaining up-to-date certifications, and contributing to process improvements and adherence to company policies.both on prim and cloud verion of SharePoint and Power Platform Development experience
