Asphalt Foreman

we are looking for Asphalt Foreman

Main responsibility is to monitor and supervise the crews operating asphalt equipment like (bobcat machine, JCB, grader) including the operation of Mason.

Instruct and train asphalt crewmembers on the correct processes, methods, and equipment operating procedures, including maintenance.

Instruct the Bobcat operator, the measure of land to be excavated in depth.

Instructs & Monitors the crew in performing activities like excavation, foundation, laying masonry and bricklaying.

Prioritize the daily work assignments to the crew members.

Supervises & Coordinates the assigned work of the crew members.

Responsible for completing the planned daily work and maintain the daily output report.

Provide calculations on materials needed, along with tools, equipment as required to the project manager.

Regularly communicate with maintenance staff about repair and maintenance needs on all major equipment as needed.

Review costs and productions on a daily basis.

Compliance with the company’s internal policies, code of conduct, safety and security rules & regulations and environmental aspects as per the IMS standards.

Usage of PPE within the given span of time in a proper manner.

Support 5S standards routinely by maintaining a clean and orderly work area.

Maintaining and cleaning the machine/equipment on daily basis.
